FOUR ALARM CHILI 
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
3 tbsp. salad oil
2 lbs. sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
10 oz. can beef broth
Sm. can tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. ground cumin
Chili powder to taste
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans with liquid

Saute onion and garlic in oil until transparent. Add beef cubes; brown. Stir in chiles, broth, tomato paste, oregano, cumin, chili powder. Cook in crock pot on low 7-8 hours. Add beans with liquid 1/2 hour before serving.
