GRANDMA'S FALSE ALARM CHILI 
1-2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 can red kidney beans, washed thoroughly
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Open Pit BBQ Sauce
1/2 c. honey

Brown hamburger; drain. Saute onion. In a 4 quart pan, combine tomato sauce, water, kidney beans, celery, hamburger, onion, brown sugar, BBQ sauce and honey. Bring to a boil, then simmer 45 minutes. Serve with hot homemade cornbread! Feel free to add a few drops of Tabasco sauce to heat things up.
