CHINESE ROAST CHICKEN 
1 c. soy sauce
6 tbsp. red wine
1/4 tsp. ginger powder
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 1/2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
Pinch of garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper (black)
Chicken, cut into pieces (2 breasts, 8 thighs, 8 legs)

Mix together all ingredients except meat. Place chicken and sauce in a plastic bag. Coat chicken and marinate. Place on 11x17 inch pan skin side down. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning once. Reserve sauce from bottom of pan. Serve with rice and peas the sauce for chicken and rice.
