CRANBERRY JUICE 
3 bags cranberries (freeze first)
6 qts. water

Boil cranberries in water until all the berries have popped. Sugar to taste. (About 3/4 cup.) Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth. When pouring into jars, strain again. (Fine nylon mesh works best.) Process in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
