TEXAS BRISKET 
4-5 lb. brisket

SAUCE #1:

4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt

Mix and let stand for 20 minutes.

SAUCE #2:

6 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Few dashes Tabasco sauce

Mix and let stand for 20 minutes.

Cover brisket in pan with Sauce #1. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Remove and pour off 1/2 drippings. Spread Sauce #2 over brisket and return to oven to bake for another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove and let set before serving.
