SMOKED BRISKET 
3 cloves garlic or 2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cans beef consomme soup
1 lg. bottle soy sauce
1/3 bottle liquid smoke
1/4 c. lemon juice

Put all liquids in a large pan. Add the brisket. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour per pound. Turn meat when half done.
