SMOKED BRISKET 
3 to 4 lbs. beef brisket
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cover both sides of brisket with above ingredients. Place in a baking pan and marinate in refrigerator overnight or for 4 hours at least. Add:

1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper

Cover and bake for 5 hours at 300 degrees.
