SWIRL OF CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
SQUARES
 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. (3 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine crumbs, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. press firmly into bottom of buttered 8 inch square baking pan. Place cream cheese, evaporated milk, 1/2 cup sugar, egg, flour and vanilla in blender container, blend until smooth.

Melt chocolate chips. Gradually stir 1/2 cup vanilla mixture into chocolate. Pour remaining vanilla mixture over crumb crust. Pour chocolate mixture over vanilla mixture; swirl with spoon. Bake in slow oven (300 degrees) 40-45 minutes or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
