CHOCOLATE SWIRL OR PLAIN
CHEESECAKE
 
1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 oz. German baking chocolate (optional)

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and lemon juice.

Optional: Melt baking chocolate and add to 2 cups of batter; drop in other section of batter. Bake in souffle dish or cheesecake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
