MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 can condensed milk
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 c. shredded cheese (low-fat/low sodium)
2 c. sandwich cheese (low-fat/low sodium)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked & drained

Melt cheese in microwave, if possible, before adding to other ingredients. Combine all ingredients in lightly greased crock pot and cook on low 3-4 hours or until cheese is melted and smooth.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
