MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 1/4 c. uncooked macaroni
1/4 c. minced onion
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. hot milk
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, diced
Parsley for garnish
Paprika for garnish

1. Cook macaroni in 5 cups boiling salted water for 8 minutes; drain.

2. Saute onions in butter; add flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Add hot milk and stir until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.

3. Fold macaroni into sauce and place mixture into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

4. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and paprika. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
