BARBECUE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. maple syrup
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt butter, add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes. Makes 3 cups. Great for chicken, pork chops, hamburgers, etc.
