ONE - STEP CHILI 
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 3/4 (15 oz. can) pinto beans and juice
1 3/4 c. (14 1/2 oz. can) cut up tomatoes and juice
2/3 c. tomato paste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Combine all ingredients and cook in crock pot on high until bubbly. Cook ground beef and drain any fat. Add to the rest of the ingredients in a crock pot; cook on high until bubbly. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve with cornbread.
