ONE STEP EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 1/2 qt. buttered casserole dish filled with thinly sliced potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup (or your favorite cream style soup)

Pour soup over potatoes and mix together. Season to taste. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until potatoes are done. For variety, add ham or put sliced wieners on top of casserole the last 1/2 hour of baking.
