EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. sliced, pared potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk

Place half of potatoes in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with half of the onions. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend soup and milk; pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and continue baking 30 minutes.
