EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-8 med. potatoes
Minced onion
Shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Pre-boil potatoes and slice into buttered baking dish. Add onion and part of shredded cheese. Mix in soup, combined with milk, and cover with remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
