EASY SKILLET SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat water and butter. Add potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat until fork tender. Mix milk and cheese. Pour over potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle paprika on top if desired.
