SKILLET BROWN POTATOES 
6-8 med. potatoes, peeled
2 med. onions
Seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt
Pepper
1/2 stick butter

Cut potatoes in half and dice into 1/2" cubes. Place in skillet with vegetable oil and cook about 5 minutes constantly turning. Add in seasoned salt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and butter. Continue turning and cooking until potatoes are just starting to get soft but not mushy.
