SKILLET CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can sweet potatoes or yams, drained

Mix sugar, butter, water, and salt in skillet. Cook until mixture boils. Add potatoes and cook slowly, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes. When almost done, add a few marshmallows on top to melt. 6 servings.
