SKILLET SAUSAGE N POTATOES 
1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen potatoes
1 c. chopped fresh or frozen onions
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

In a large non-stick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat about 3 minutes until browned. Remove with slotted spoon. Add oil to skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add potatoes, onions, and lemon pepper seasoning. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring once. Stir in sausage and heat through. Makes 4 servings.
