SPICY SAUSAGE AND POTATO SKILLET | |
6 links mild Italian sausage, cut in 1 inch pieces 10 sm. new red potatoes, quartered 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves 1 c. sliced 1/8 inch red onion 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley 1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces Combine sausage, potatoes, pepper, and thyme in skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are browned. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook until potatoes are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking, uncovered, until vegetables are crisply tender. |
