4 med. baking potatoes 4 tbsp. minced onion 3 tsp. seasoned salt 6 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. hot water 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules In oven-proof casserole, melt butter. Add hot water and chicken bouillon. Stir until combined. Slice potatoes into thin slices, keeping potatoes in tact. Spread each potato fan-like in casserole. Sprinkle with minced onion and seasoned salt. Baste with liquid mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and brown for 10-15 minutes, basting with juices. These can be baked ahead of time and reheated. Serves 4-6. |
