1/2 lb. cooked sausage
1 pkg. can biscuit, cut in half
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
2 whipped eggs
Dash of pepper

Grease muffin pan and press biscuit half in pan cups up the side as far as you can. Divide sausage and place on dough. Mix cheese cottage cheese eggs and pepper; pour over sausage and dough.

Bake 375°F 15 to 20 minutes. Wipe muffin pan, grease and make the rest of the muffins.
