EGGLESS SAUSAGE AND CHEESE
BISCUITS
 
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. sugar
1 cup plain yogurt or dairy sour cream
1 cup breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded or grated cheese (cheddar, jack, colby)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease mini muffin pans. Stir flour, salt, baking soda and sugar together. Stir in yogurt (Batter will be very thick). Add a few drops of milk or water if too stiff. Add cooked sausage and cheese. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into mini muffin tins.

Lower temperature to 375°F and bake for approximately 15 minutes until muffins are golden brown. They are done when the muffins are no longer sticky inside.
