SAUSAGE GRAVY AND BISCUITS 
1 lb. loose sausage
2 pkg peppered gravy mix
1 roll of biscuits

Brown sausage, drain and set aside. Prepare gravy as directed on package. Mix the gravy and sausage together.

Bake biscuits as directed on package. When biscuits are done, cut in half and pour gravy over biscuits and serve.

Why use packaged mix? Just brown sausage, remove grease and brown a couple tablespoons of flour in bottom of frying pan with brown bits from sausage, that's your flavor! Black pepper to taste. add whole milk and simmer until it thickens.
