Use London Broil family size, around 3 lbs.
Sm. box Velveeta cheese
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper

Broil meat on both sides, medium to medium well.

Slice meat and arrange on oven proof platter. Arrange cheese on top of sliced beef and cover with sliced Velveeta. Return to oven (watch carefully) and melt cheese.
