CORN CASSEROLE 
3 cans cream style corn
3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. garlic
6 tbsp. corn oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can hot peppers, chopped

Mix first four ingredients together. Stir in eggs. Divide 1/2 into a greased casserole. Add cheese and pepper on top. Pour rest of corn on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
