RANCH HAND CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 lg. can green chilies
2 cans Ranch style beans
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg

Brown meat and onions. Mix in green chilies, drained corn and beans with juice. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients. It will be thin. Pour over meat and beans in pan. Bake at 400 degrees until cornbread is browned lightly, 25 to 30 minutes.
