CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream corn
1 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
1/3 c. oil
1 sm. can diced green chilies

Stir and mix thoroughly corn, cornmeal and oil. Pour half of the mixture into greased casserole. Spread green chilies on top of mixture and add half of the grated cheese on top of the chilies. Pour in balance of corn mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
