CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream style corn
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. plain cornmeal
3 or 4 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, corn, baking powder, oil, cornmeal, peppers and salt. Stir in cheese. Pour in greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
