“BUTTER PECAN POUND CAKE (WITH ICING IN BATTER)” IS IN:

BUTTER PECAN POUND CAKE (WITH
ICING IN BATTER)
 
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 box Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix (is best for this recipe)
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 cup water
1 can coconut pecan icing (actually goes into batter)

Using tube, Bundt, or sheet cake pan, grease and sprinkle with powdered sugar. If using nuts, sprinkle over bottom of pan. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Mix for 2 minutes or until smooth. ADD ICING TO BATTER AND MIX WELL. Pour into pan and bake at 350°F for 55 minutes or until brown.

NOTE: Fudge or German Chocolate cake mix may be used instead of Pecan.
