BREAKFAST GRANOLA 
2 c. rolled oats or rolled wheat or combination
1 c. bran
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. raisins

Place oats/wheat combination in a bowl. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Add bran, germ, coconut, sunflower seeds, walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to blend. Add oil with honey. Pour over mixture. Toss to coat and microwave over medium high for about 6 minutes.

Stir twice during cooking. Add raisins, stir, press granola to bottom of dish. Cool. Store in airtight container. I keep this in the freezer (omitting raisins) and its always ready to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
