GRANOLA BREAKFAST CEREAL 
2 1/2 c. rolled oats
2 1/2 c. raw wheat germ
1 c. coarse bran
1 c. rye or wheat flakes
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. cashews
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 1/2 c. almonds
3/4 c. safflower oil (or corn, sunflower, vegetable)
1 c. honey
1/4 c. black molasses

Grease 1 large sheet pan or roaster. Mix all ingredients. Put in pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 60 minutes. Mix every 10 minutes for first half hour; do not stir last half hour. Stir about 3 times while cooling. Add fruits of your choice - raisins, dates, etc. Start every day with a serving.
