GRANOLA BREAKFAST CEREAL 
6 c. quick oats, uncooked
3/4 c. wheat germ
1/3 c. sesame or sunflower seeds
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. honey

Heat oats in shallow pan in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine toasted oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, coconut, seeds and nuts. Add oil, honey and vanilla. Mix, add to dry ingredients. Divide mixture in halves, return one portion into a shallow pan. Heat at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so. When mixture is evenly browned, let cool. Then stir until crumbly. Do other half the same way. Store in air tight container. Add raisins the last 5 minutes or they will get like rocks.
