BANANA BREAD | |
1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1/3 c. sour cream 3 very ripe bananas, mashed 1 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. cinnamon Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour and sour cream alternately. Add cinnamon, bananas and pecans. Pour into 2 regular sized oiled loaf pans. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees (until toothpick comes out clean). |
