BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 very ripe lg. bananas
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts or pecans

Put bananas, eggs, butter, sour cream, lemon juice, and sugar into blender. Whirl until smooth.

In an bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Pour banana mixture over flour mixture. Stir just until flour is moistened. Stir in the nuts. Pour into greased 9x4 inch bread loaf pan or two 3x7 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes or until done.
