BANANA BREAD 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
1 c. nuts
2 c. mashed bananas (4)
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream

Sift dry ingredients; set aside. Cream butter with sugar. Stir in vanilla and lemon juice. Blend in eggs one at a time. Add bananas. Fold in sifted ingredients with sour cream. Add nuts. Place in greased and floured metal loaf pans (2), one bundt pan, or muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes for loaf or muffins, bake bundt one hour and 15 minutes.
