GRAM'S RHUBARB CAKE 
5 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello (or 2 (3 oz.) pkg.)
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 box yellow cake mix
2 c. water

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Put cut-up rhubarb in bottom of pan. Sprinkle strawberry Jello over rhubarb. Sprinkle dry cake mix next on top. Pour 2 cups water over top. Next melt butter and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Nice served with Cool Whip.
