RHUBARB CAKE 
Very good when served warm with ice cream or whipped cream!

Sift together:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground allspice

Add to the above mixture:

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs

Mix well and add 2 cups of coarsely chopped rhubarb. Pour into greased 9x13-inch cake pan.

Topping:

1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar

Mix 1 tablespoon melted butter with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar. Sprinkle mixture over cake and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
