HOMEMADE HAMBURGER HELPER (BEEF NOODLE) | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 (12 oz.) pkg Dutch egg noodles 2 env. brown gravy mix (McCormick) Brown the ground beef until no longer pink (I like to mash the ground beef with a large slotted spoon so it is small and crumbly when done). Drain the grease. Set aside. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Prepare both gravy mixes according to package directions. Drain the noodles, do not rinse. Combine the cooked hamburger, egg noodles and gravy in a large pan or bowl until mixed thoroughly. Serve immediately. Submitted by: Debbie M. |
