SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
3 cups squash cooked 1 medium onion 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1/2 bag stuffing mix 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos 1 (8 oz.) container dairy sour cream salt and pepper, to taste Cook squash and onion together until tender. Drain. Mix them with some of the stuffing mix and then with the remaining ingredients. Put in a casserole dish and top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
