BANANA BREAD 
1 c. white flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar (or 1/4 sugar and 1/4 molasses)
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. ripe mashed bananas (3-4 bananas)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan or muffin cups. Cream sugar, oil, and eggs. Add baking powder, soda, salt, flour, bananas and nuts until smooth. Scrape bowl, stir again. Pour into pan. Bake loaf 50 minutes and muffins 25 minutes. Test for doneness with knife inserted into middle; if when removed, it's clean, then done.
