TRACE CREEK STAG NIGHT POTATOES | |
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. melted butter 1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 12 oz. grated American cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 sm. onion, chopped 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 c. melted butter Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place thawed potatoes in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together next 7 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with corn flakes and drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over all. Bake uncovered 45 minutes. |
