TRACE CREEK STAG NIGHT POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
12 oz. grated American cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place thawed potatoes in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together next 7 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with corn flakes and drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over all. Bake uncovered 45 minutes.

This recipe originated in my home town - Benton, AR - at the local Golf Country Club Trace Creek (at least under this name). It was put in a local church cookbook and teenagers that grew up on this have to have it at every dinner possible!

Thanks for posting this, Sissy! We make these potatoes for every gathering possible! We are enjoying them today for our Easter meal, in fact! I LOVED all my memories growing up around Trace Creek: Fourth of July's, Christmas events, as well as all the Summer swims. Food tastes yummier because of the memories associated with it! :)
