MIDORI'S EASY BBQ PULLED PORK | |
This is a great recipe for emptying out your leftover bottles of BBQ sauce! 2 bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce, or as much needed to cover most of pork in Crock-Pot 1-2 lb. pork roast (any large pork cut will do) 1 bottle hard cider (or 1/2 cup apple juice) Place pork in Crock-Pot. Pour all ingredients on top. Cook 7-9 hours on low or 4-6 on high. You can even get away with 3-4 hours if in a pinch. Remove pork from Crock-Pot but do not discard sauce. Shred by pulling apart with two forks. Add to a serving bowl and pour sauce reserved from Crock-Pot over pork. Serve over toasted buns or by itself with rolls. Enjoy!! Submitted by: Midori |
