SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, thawed & drained
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter, cut in pieces
1 1/2 c. American cheese, cubed
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Thoroughly combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into casserole (greased). Bake at 300 degrees until firm, about 1 hour.
