SPINACH CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/4 lb. (approx.) diced American cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. thawed, chopped spinach
Salt and pepper

Melt butter, add flour and blend. Beat eggs, add all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
