SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Thoroughly combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350 degrees (or put in greased crock pot, cover and cook on low 4-5 hours).
