SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole. Blend all ingredients well, pour into dish and bake 30 minutes.
