SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
1 1/2 c. American cheese, cubed
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt, optional

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Put into a casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Put on 300 degrees for 2 hours (to evaporate liquid).
