MASHED POTATOES AND SPINACH
CASSEROLE
 
6-8 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
Milk
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. dill leaves
1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked
1 c. grated cheese

Add milk, salt, sugar, pepper and butter to potatoes. Add rest of ingredients, topping with the cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
